DESCRIPTION

[Page from the script for Rameau's Nephew by Diderot (thanx to Dennis Young) by Wilma Schoen; its working title was "Performed Sound" by which the artist meant that all variations in the vocal part and sound were done live on the set, in synch, and there would be no post-shooting modifications. It was shot in an 18th century style room in the former Russian consulate on Park Avenue in Manhattan].
