À propos de cette composition :

[Traduction française non disponible]
Atmospheres of strong density are created in the piece, exploiting the idea of "non-evolutive mobility", as well as that of temporal statism. From the viewpoint of the musical form, the piece is divided in two macrosections, clearly different due to the nature of their statism.

In several moments very similar timbres are superimposed, which give us the idea of temporal statism because of their inner conformation. In the central part of the work very different timbres are opposed to, which are formed by punctual sounds, so the nature of the previous statism is modified "Estatismo" was produced completely in the Laboratory of Electroacoustic Music of the National University of Córdoba in 1989 using a YAMAHA DX7 synthesizer.

"Estatismo" won the first mention prize in the 1992 edition of the Contest "Tribuna Nacional de Compositores TRINAC" of Argentina, in the field of electroacoustic music. The world premmiere took place in the "Third Festival of Latinamerican Composers", which was held in the city of Santiago de Chile in 1989.
